Tree of Life Zimbabwe has a team of 33 core staff (20 women and 13 men) also known as the “Small Tree”. We are supported by over 150 community-based facilitators, whom we call the "Big Tree". The Small Tree operate from 2 offices in Harare and Bulawayo, whilst the Big Tree are spread across 8 provinces in Zimbabwe.
Tree of Life Zimbabwe is governed by a Board of Trustees (3 men and 3 women).
Tree of Life is also supported by 2 Guardians (Elders), being our 2 founding members (both are women) and one male Elder.
